I worked primarily on growth and strategy for this project. Pipedream looks to deliver you anything in 5 mins or less using a mini subway for things. Tunnels connect to existing stores, but also Pipedream warehouses that can deliver with greater selection and speed. Goods is the earliest iteration of this warehouse concept. We launched an app serving Austin with manual delivery before eventually integrating with our tunnels. I got data for around a half million grocery SKUs. Also worked on marketing and customer acquisition strategy. I got our first few customers by doing Doordash deliveries and slipping in Goods flyers in their delivery which was pretty fun.
